1. Subscription & Vendor Plan Refunds

All subscription and listing plan purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Dissatisfaction with the number of leads or visibility.
  • Inactivity or missed usage by the vendor.

Please review our plans carefully before purchasing.


2. Duplicate Payments

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same subscription, please contact us within 7 days of the duplicate charge for a full refund.


3. Billing Disputes

4. Termination of Account

Refunds will not be issued for terminated accounts that violated our Terms and Conditions.
